1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Your 9lx Account

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active 9lx account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited regardless of the reason for creating them, including attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or contact details — is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You should not share your login credentials with any other person. 9lx will never contact you asking for your password. Any activity that takes place under your account is your responsibility unless you notify 9lx of unauthorised access without unreasonable delay.

9lx accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any funds within it to another person.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on 9lx are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion at any stage. Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant bank transfer, standard bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards, and other mobile wallets available in Pakistan.

Deposits are credited to your 9lx account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Most JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions process in seconds. Bank transfer timings may vary depending on your bank.

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with 9lx's standard processing schedule. Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification before funds are released. 9lx reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on any withdrawal, particularly where the amount is significant or where there are security concerns.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that belongs to you. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Funds deposited on 9lx must be used for gaming purposes. Depositing and withdrawing without any meaningful gameplay may be considered abuse of the platform and may result in account review.
• 9lx does not charge deposit fees on supported methods, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

9lx offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which will be displayed at the time the offer is presented.

General bonus conditions that apply across all 9lx promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement, meaning the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be made. The exact requirement is stated in each offer's terms.
• Game restrictions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate or not at all, as specified per promotion.

6 Gameplay and Betting

Game outcomes on 9lx are determined by certified random number generation systems where applicable. Sports betting odds are set in advance and reflect standard bookmaking practices. 9lx does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of the platform.

• Bets and game rounds that have been confirmed and accepted cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player.

8 Responsible Gaming
